DOUBLE ARMING BOLTS which are used to secure two cable suspension clamps or other attachments on opposite sides of utility pole, are hot galvanized and supplied with cone points on both ends and four square nuts.
SQUARE HEAD MACHINE BOLTS which are used to attach hardware to crossarms, poles, and other structures, are supplied hot galvanized and with a square nut.
FORGED ANCHOR RODS are hot galvanized, supplied with a square nut, are available as a "Thimbleye" or "Twineye", and are used for guying.
COPPERBONDED GROUND RODS are manufactured with a solid core of drawn C1010-1020 steel and have cone points. The copper jacket is electronically bonded to provide a permanent union between copper and steel resulting in a corrosion resistant rod which can be driven in almost any soil type.
The standard GROUND ROD is hot galvanized and has a core of AISI 1010-1020 hot rolled carbon steel. It is supplied with a cone point for ease of installation.
These PINS are hot galvanized and forged with cast lead threads for both low and high voltage insulators. Long shank pins are furnished with a washer, square nut, and an MF locknut. Short shank pins come with a square nut and MF locknut.
POLE TOP PINS are hot galvanized and have ANSI standard cast lead threads. The flat side of the flanged channel section is for mounting against the pole with a 5/8 inch bolt. The lower hole is slotted 11/16 x 1-1/4.
All FLAT and CURVED SQUARE WASHERS and ROUND WASHERS are hot galvanized and are used under the head of bolts and nuts allowing for a wider bearing surface.
FORGED EYELETS are available as 'Standard', 'Straight Thimble' and 'Angle Thimble'. They are hot galvanized and used on the ends of 5/8 or 3/4 diameter machine bolts. Standard Eyelets have a slot size of 11/16 x 1-1/8 (for 5/8 bolts) and 13/16 x 1-1/8 (for 3/4 bolts).
CABLE SUSPENSION CLAMPS, used to attach cable to telephone poles, are hot galvanzied, 5-3/4" in length, and comprised of two aluminum plates, two 1/2" diameter carriage bolts, and two square nuts, with a center hole to accomodate a 5/8 diameter bolt.
CROSSARM BRACES are used in pairs for aligning and supporting crossarms. There is a 7/16" hole at one end of the brace and a 9/16" hole at the other, 24 inches apart. The hole centers are 1" from the ends of each brace. The braces are 1-1/4 wide x 1/4" thick x either 26 or 28 inches in length.
CUTOUT MOUNTING BRACKETS are hot galvanized and are used to attach cutouts to telephone poles.
GUY CLAMPS are are hot galvanized, supplied complete with bolts, and have straight parallel grooves that won't damage conductor strand. They meet the Bell Telephone requirement of 18,000 lb. minimum breaking strength for track bolts.
SECONDARY RACKS are hot galvanized and have a curved backs which fit the poles. (Insulators are not included)
INSULATED CROSSARM CLEVISES are hot galvanized, are designed to attach several insulators to the ends of single bracket bolts. (Insulators not included)
SQUARE HEAD LAG SCREWS are hot galvanized and are used when material is being attached directly to the pole or other wood structure. Our lag screws are available in 1/2" diameter with a 3/4" head. They are available as a "Fetter" Drive with "Regular" Point, "Fetter" Drive with "Pilot" Point, and "Twist" Drive with "Pilot" Point.
DRIVE HOOKS are hot galvanized, and are used to support attachments or service drops on utility poles and other wood structures. They are supplied with "Fetter" Drive and "Pilot" Point.
MF TYPE CURVED LOCK NUTS are hot galvanized and are used as locking nuts on the back of nuts to make tight connections between bolts and nuts. When the concave side of the locknut bears down on the top of the square or hex nut, the arch is flattened, deflecting the nut threads from their true helix and causing them to firmly grip the bolt threads.
SQUARE NUTS are hot galvanized and are used to attach items such as machine bolts, carriage bolts, and threaded rods to another structure.
FORGED OVAL EYEBOLTS have a 4" minimum thread length, are hot galvanized, supplied with a square nut, and used for guying, attaching clevises, suspension insulators, and other poleline hardware to utility poles.
CARRIAGE BOLTS are fully threaded, hot galvanized, supplied with a square nut, and designed with a square just below the head of the bolt which keeps the bolt from turning as the nut is tightened.
FORGED THIMBLEYE BOLTS are hot galvanized, have 4" minimum thread length, supplied with a square nut, are available as a "Straight Type" or "Angle Type", and used for attaching guy wires to poles and crossarms.
SPOOL BOLTS are hot galvanized, have 4" minimum thread length, and furnished with two square nuts, a flat washer, a locknut, and a cotter pin. They are available as "Single Upset" or Double Upset". Spool Bolts are used in conjunction with spool insulators for installation on the sides of utility poles. (Insulators are not included.)
FORGED ANCHOR SHACKLES are hot galvanized and are often used for joining attachments to chain or wire rope.
BRONZE GROUND ROD CLAMPS are approved for direct burial of terminating bare copper conductor to ground rod.
EXPANDING ANCHORS, which are protected with a black anti-corrosion paint finish, have a unique earth-anchoring feature, offering excellent holding power with minimal soil disturbance. As the blade expands into the earth, it forms a conically shaped square. Thr EXPANDING ANCHOR retains its expanded shape even under excessive loading conditions.
